Welcome to Fall Encampment. Where boys and their families experience the excitement of the festivities and learn about the world around them as they frolic in the outdoors.  Memories that will last a lifetime begin the moment you start setting up your tent and will continue until you leave the campground.  Dreams develop and are brought to life before your very eyes.

This campout is planned for all members of the Southeast Louisiana Council, Boy Scouts of America. Tiger Cubs, Cub Scouts, Webelos Scouts and their families are encouraged to attend this annual event.  We invite all leaders and parents along with Boy Scouts, Venturers, and Explorers to serve as staff.  

Guidebook will be posted soon.  SIGN-UP BETWEEN NOW AND October 3rd to take advantage of the discounted fees per person. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO MEALS WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER OCTOBER 2nd.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  THERE WILL BE FOOD AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE IN THE TRADING POST OR YOU CAN PLAN TO COOK YOUR MEALS IN YOUR CAMPSITE.  

The Southeast Louisiana Council Scouters look forward to providing each of you a fantastic weekend filled with FUN, ADVENTURE, and QUALITY TIME for all families in attendance.  Cub Scouts may attend with others from their Pack, other members of their den, or only their familyLife can’t get any better than what this weekend will provide between a child and his family – no matter what the combination – father/son, mother/son, total family, grandparent/grandson. Mark your calendars now, and take time to read all the information provided in this guide.     “Be Prepared” to have a great time!

Before 10/2/2017 a discount of $3.00 will apply to all Adult Registrants.
Before 10/2/2017 a discount of $7.00 will apply to all Other Youth over 5 Registrants.

Late fee
After 10/13/2017 a fee of $5.00 will apply to all Adult Registrants.
After 10/13/2017 a fee of $5.00 will apply to all Other Youth over 5 Registrants.

Cancellation Policy
REFUND POLICY:. • Meal fees are nonrefundable. • All activities are considered non-refundable, unless there is a medical emergency or a death in the immediate family. • Refund requests will only be considered if made in writing. • A service charge of twenty-five percent (25%) of the activity fee will be assessed on all refunds to cover the costs incurred in preparation of the activity and processing the refund. • Written refund requests must be submitted prior to the start of any event. Any requests after the activity will be considered only for personal illness or family emergencies. No refund requests will be accepted after ten (10) days following the end of the activity. • Consideration for a full (minus charges and costs incurred) refund will be considered for special hardship cases only. • Refund checks will be issued to the individual or entity paying the original fee within 30 days of receipt of the request pending its approval. • Fees are only transferable within the same unit to a Scout or adult leader not currently registered for that specific activity. • If an activity is canceled or postponed due to weather, every effort will be made to reschedule the activity. • If an activity is canceled and the participant cannot participate during the alternate date, the full fee will be refunded minus any service fees and costs incurred by the event prior to the cancellation.
