This is a walking tour lasting from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. that will visit ten houses of worship mostly along St. Charles Ave. in the Uptown area. A discussion of one of each of the 10 Commandments will ensue at each house of worships as participants view the architecture and witness the magnificent structures along the trek, while celebrating the 12th Point of the Scout Law ("A Scout is Reverent.")
Registration and health forms for each person are required, together with payment of $10.00 each, but space may be limited and cannot be guaranteed. Online registration ends November 23rd. all Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, Venturers, parents, adult leaders, siblings, and friends are welcome. The coste includes an event patch, event water bottle, streetcar token, a hot lunch (to be consumed on the trek) and plenty of free bottled water.
